How long do you take for delivery?

What if I'm not in when the order is delivered?
If the order has been sent by first class post, the post office will leave a card and you can arrange a re-delivery or pick up at your convenience. If the order has been sent via courier, again they will leave a card and you can call them to arrange a free re-delivery at a time convenient to you. What if you are out of stock of the item/s you have ordered?
We will inform you if any item is out of stock before processing your order. You will then have the option of having a part delivery where applicable, or waiting until all the items are in stock. We will only charge you for one delivery if you choose to have multiple shipments.
Can I return my item if it is faulty?
We guarantee the quality of our products, if your product is faulty you can return it for a replacement or credit within 28 days. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. We will refund the initial cost of your postage if the item is faulty.

You can return the item within 28 days. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to I Want That Handbag at your own expense. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer.

We source from all over the world. Our leather fashion accessories are designed by us and made to our exacting specifications by our manufacturing partner in Thailand.
